Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve safety operation performance, by employing such a mechanism as to control supply of working fluid to a heat collector and a heat storage tank by detecting temperature of piping on the top of a radiator of the titled device equipped with the heat storage tank which utilizes working fluid phase variation and gravitational reflux.
CONSTITUTION: When a heat collector 1 absorbs solar heat, a working fluid 9A evaporates 9B to fill up pipings 7AW7D, a radiator 2 and a liquid reservoir 6 and causes very little condensation, causing pressure of steam 9B to rise. On the other hand, when the temperature of piping on the top of the radiator 2, being detected by a detector 11 becomes higher than a prescribed temperature, a fan 10 is operated and valves 8AW8D are driven in the direction of 'close', at the same time. Therefore, the radiator 2 is cooled to lower steam pressure, and at the same time, supplies of the liquid 9A to the heat collector 1 and a heat storage tank 3 are stopped, so that the rise in pressure becomes controllable. It is possible, by so doing, to improve the safety of the apparatus.
