CONSTITUTION:A storage circuit M determines the output voltage of a D-A converting circuit C, and it is used as the reference voltage of an error amplifier A. The amplifier A amplifies and outputs a difference between the reference voltage and a voltage at a connection point between output voltage detection resistances R1 and R2. In accordance with the output voltage of the amplifier A, a driving circuit D controls the base current of a transistor TR to vary the impedance of the TR, thereby holding an output voltage VOUT constant. Then, when the output voltage VOUT has a prescribed value, information is stored in the circuit M.
