Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the failure of pressurizing bodies owing to differences in thermal expansion and improve the durability of said bodies by separately heating the welding members superposed with the upper and lower pressurizing bodies of a diffusion welding device then pressurizing the same with the pressurizing bodies.
CONSTITUTION: The joining surfaces of the work 1 are finished to prescribed roughness, and cleaned, then these are superposed and are tightly sealed in a retort 2.
