Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform interpolation only for noise section, by changing the integration time constant according to the time width of noise, in eliminating pulsive noise included in reproduced sound by means of a ramp wave interpolation system using integration. CONSTITUTION:When a signal S(t) with noise N is inputted to an input terminal 4, an output (b) delayed by time TD is obtained at an analog delay circuit 7, the noise N is detected at a detection control circuit 3 and a signal (c) corresponding to noise width TN is obtained from a comparator 19. The signal level immediately before and after the noise is held in sample holding circuits 12-1,2 in the timing of rise and fall of the pulse signal to obtain outputs (e), (f), and the level difference of the signals (e), (f) is taken in the timing of a signal (d) delayed by a time TD for the signal (c) and integrated at an integrator 14. For the time constant of the integrator, a resistor VR is controlled with the output of a pulse width-voltage conversion circuit, a ramp wave (h) proportional to noise width is generated, and it is added with the output (i) of a sample holding circuit 15 at a summing amplifier 16 to obtain an interpolation signal (j).
