Abstract

PURPOSE:To correctly extract a target by converting the analog video from a radar receiver to digital video at the intervals dividing 1 range bin to plural pieces and suitably integrating the same. CONSTITUTION:After a radar video signal is amplified by an amplifier 10, it is inputted to an A/D converter 20, by which it is converted to digital video at the intervals dividing one range bin to plural pieces. The digital videos which are the outputs of the A/D converter 20 enter an integrator 30 of the next stage in which the digital videos of the intervals dividing the same range bin in different pulse repetitive periods to plural pieces are integrated to themselves up to the threshold permitted in the radar system. The integrated radar video is temporarily stored in a register 40 and is outputted to a comparator 50 of the next stage, by which the target is detected.
