Abstract

PURPOSE:To compensate temps. and zero point and to obtain the output accurately proportional to pressure by constituting a bridge circuit with semiconductor strain gages and providing compensating resistors and a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit 2 is constituted by the bridge connection of semiconductor strain gages 17-20, and compensating resistors 25, 26 which compensate the temp. drift of zero point offset voltage, that is, perform temp. compensation of zero point output are connected to the output terminals 23, 24 thereof, and are connected to an operational amplifier 28 via a control circuit 27. The control circuit 27 is constituted of resistors 30-33 and an operational amplifier 35 for converting the output of the bridge circuit 2 to single output as well as voltage dividing resistors 36, 37 for applying prescribed bias voltage to the amplifier 28.
