PURPOSE:To shorten measurement time, to improve measurement precision and to confirm a defectively, by determining the shape of a body to be measured so that standard deviation is minimized, on the basis of a group of measured values obtained by measuring the body to be measured repeatedly while turning the body in laser beam.
