Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten measurement time, to improve measurement precision and to confirm a defectively, by determining the shape of a body to be measured so that standard deviation is minimized, on the basis of a group of measured values obtained by measuring the body to be measured repeatedly while turning the body in laser beam. CONSTITUTION:While a body 1 to be measured is turned in laser scanning beam, a constant number of positions O1M of measurement points M of the valleys of the edge 1a of the body to be measured, i.e. nearly at a laser-beam measurement point angle theta=0 to the center O1 of the body to be measured at constant intervals of angle are measured.
