CONSTITUTION:In the heating system which is consisted of a warmed water heating system including a heat exchanger 5 which is connected to the radiator to which engine cooling water is flown and a heat pump type heating system including outside heat exchanger 27 in which coolant compressed by a compressor is passed; an air intake door 31 and an air mixing door 32 are installed in the duct 29. When operated with heat pump cycle, output TH amd TW of temperature detecting portion 39a, 39b are compared by the control circuit 38; and for example when TH>TW, door 32 will fully be opened to the by-pass wind route 36. And the door 31 is constituted to be controlled in accordance with the result of the comparison of output Td of the temperature detection portion 39c and comfortable discharge air temperature Tdo.
