Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve noise resisting property by transmitting the light which has been transmitted through a slit by optical glass fiber and the like as an optical signal, and converting the optical signal to the electrical signal at a terminating end. CONSTITUTION:The optical signal which has been transmitted through a slide 1 and a slit 3c is inputted into the optical glass fiber 8, and transmitted through the optical glass fiber 8 as a transmission path. Only the optical signal is handled in a head part 2 as a signal. No shield is required in the head part 2 since te optical signal is not affected by external noises. The intact optical signal itself is transmitted in the transmission path of the glass fiber, and converted into the electrical signal at a location where the noise intensity is low. Therefore the signal is not subjected to the external noises. In this constitution, the noise resisting property can be improved.
