Abstract
PURPOSE:To stick phosphor copper brazing filler metal of the same thickness at high speeds on base material by ion plating phosphorus and copper continuously and respectively separately on the surface of the base material in a vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a take-up chamber 11 is evacuated to about 10-1- 10-4 torr through a vacuum chamber 1 and a cooling passage 10. A base material 5 is uncoiled and is taken up on a take-up shaft 13 at about 2-80m per minute. On the other hand, ingots 15, 17 of phosphorus and copper and heated by high frequency heaters 16, 18.
