Abstract

PURPOSE:To collect the Mg vapor generating from the solder at the heating chamber, by extending the vacuum heating chamber for executing the soldering work so as to form the naturally cooling chamber, and by arranging plural metallic panels on each side plane of the naturally cooling chamber so as to be individually detachable. CONSTITUTION:The work is heated in the vacuum heating chamber before the vacuum aluminum soldering device, and is applied with the specified soldering process; this work is introduced into the following naturally cooling chamber 7 and is colled. While this process, the Mg vapor generating from the solder is introduced into the naturally cooling chamber 7, and condenses on the metallic panel 8 at inner surface of each side wall, and is collected. The panel 8 is detached if necessary, and is cleaned providing for next service. According to this mechanism, the Mg component is not scattered and is not solidified within the heating chamber, so that the difficulties like as the trouble of electric discharge, the trouble of wrong transportation, the trouble of imperfect sealing, etc., are prevented.
