PURPOSE:To enable separate adjustment of the level of detection and the amount of hysteresis and thereby to make discrimination highly precise, by adjusting each switched voltage of a voltage switching circuit and by taking out DC bias voltage in relation to AC input signal from DC supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:After AC input signal 31 is laid over divided DC voltage from a voltage dividing circuit 35 dividing DC supply voltage, it is supplied to one input terminal of a differential amplifier 40 through the intermediary of an integrating circuit 37 for taking the envelope of the AC signal, while switched output voltage from the voltage switching circuit 50 is supplied to the other input terminal of the amplifier 40. And, the voltage switching circuit 50 is subjected to switching control in accordance with the output of the differential amplifier 40. Accordingly, by adjusting each switched voltage of the circuit 50, the level of detection and the amount of hysteresis can be controlled respectively and, by taking out the DC bias voltage in relation to the AC input signal from the divided voltage output of the DC supply voltage, the operation is stabilized against the fluctuation of the supply voltage.
