Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the fabrication easy by splitting the body of a coil bobbin and making concaves in one half of the bobbin for a yoke and a spring to be inserted between two portions of the bobbin, and a concave in other portion of the bobbin for housing a permanent magent. CONSTITUTION:A concave 7 to house a U-shaped yoke and a cricular concave for a spring 10 are made in a lower half of a bobbin. A concave 9 with an open end is made in the upper half of the bobbin to house a permanent magnet 2 placed on the yoke 1. Both portions of the bobbin is put together by guide boss and hole after containing the permanent magnet 2 and the spring 10. A coil is wound around a stepped part 8 of the bobbin. An output shaft with an armature is inserted through a hole 23. The armature is placed on the bent parts of the yoke 16, 17 consistuting a magetic circuit.
