CONSTITUTION:A fine mosaic 33 is formed by aluminum oxide 32 to one side of an aluminum substrate 31. Then a fluorescent material layer 34 with a mother material of cesium iodide is formed, and then the substrate is transferred to a high frequency magnetron sputtering device to sputter SiO2. In this way, a protective layer consisting of SiO2 is formed on the fluorescent material layer 34. Then after forming an In2O2 layer, Sb is evaporation deposited to introduce vapor of K and Cs thus form a photoelectric of Sb-K-Cs.
