Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of discharge processing by furnishing a device to search discharge processing conditions repeatedly and a device to adjust the period of searchings in accordance with processing conditions and by setting the proper delay time following changes of the discharge processing conditions. CONSTITUTION:This arrangment is composed of a search sequence sequential circuit 7 to determine the sequence of serarch for different processing conditions, a search pulses generator circuit 13 to determine the searching speed for every item of processing conditions setting circuits 19-22 for setting of the values of processing liquid's pressure, setting voltage, pulse duty factor, and the period of electrode's vertical hunting, and memories 23-26 to enter the optimum values for different processing conditions in memory. Thereby, control is performed by changing the searching speed (period) of the discharging processing machine to the proper value and the magnitude of the effective discharge rate is discriminated first when the processing has attained normal operating condition, so that the proper delay time can be set in accordance with the proper processing conditions and the processing efficiency can be enhanced.
