Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform accurate metering efficiently by metering the weight of a pasty liquid from the total rotational frequency of a metering pump in operation and in intertial rotation, and by providing a nozzle, which has many pores, at the outlet side of the pump. CONSTITUTION:The rotational frequency of initial rotation, varying with the specific gravity (w) of a paste liquid after a pump sops is (n), the frequency of operation is N, and discharge by the signal rotation of the pump is (v); and required weight is W, and a proportional constant is (k), thereby setting the N by N+n= kW/(wv). The paste liquid is supplied from tanks 1-1n to storage tanks 4-4n so that the liquid levels are within a constant range. Metering pumps 7-7n are driven by motors 9-9n at rotational frequencies N-Nn set on a control board 15. Outlet pipes 14-14n are shortened as much as possible, and at the outlet, nozzles 8-8n each having many pores 22 and a valve 23 pressed with a spring 24 are fitted, thereby preventing the paste liquid from dripping after the pumps stop. Added water is fed from a valve 17 through a metering instrument 16 to enter a container 13. Consequently, accurate metering and mixing are performed efficiently.
