Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and reliability of a flow-rate measuring mechanism by adding a by-pass safety mechanism and a gas-liquid separating mechanism thereto. CONSTITUTION:A liquid enters a chamber inside a member 12 of a gas-liquid separating mechanism (b) through a fluid inflow pipe 33, and the liquid having no air bobble overflows a partition wall 13, flows into a chamber 15 and it is transferred to a member 1 of a flow-rate metering mechanism (a) and it enters through an inflow port 5, causing a pair of rotors 2, 2 to rotate, and reaches an outflow port 6 and it is discharged from a fluid outflow pipe 34. When the amount of liquid to be supplied is considerably increased, a sliding valve unit 10 of a by-pass safety mechanism moves upward inside a cylinder 8a against a coil spring 9 and surplus liquid is by-passed from the inflow port 5 to the outflow port 6 through a by-pass port 8 and a groove port 11.
