(54) FLOW METER
Variable pressure flow meters are known in which to protect the impulse lines when measuring contaminated media, separation vessels with flexible partitions or continuous flushing, or purging lines 1 are used. However, these flow meters have a complex structure and do not provide the necessary measurement accuracy. Flow meters are also known in which a separating fluid is used to protect the impulse lines. These flow meters include connecting lines, differential manometers, settlers, pumps, valves, separation vessels with chokes {2.f. In these flow meters, the measuring circuit is complicated and the measurement accuracy is low. In the proposed flow meter, it is made in steps and has deaf grooves in it, and between it and the body of the fitting there are additionally inserted spring utility rings. FIG. 1 shows a flowmeter diagram; in fig. 2 - fitting, cut. The flow meter contains a primary transducer 1 of a flow rate to a pressure drop, implemented, for example, in the form of a bend, fittings 2 connecting lines, connected from two opposite sides to bend 1, valves 3 placed at the inlet and outlet of fittings 2, BTopif4Hbie pressure converters 4 to output sigal , the recorder 5 and valves 6 installed in the inlet and outlet nozzles. The fitting includes a plunger 7, a spring 8, o-rings 9-12 and a pin 13 placed in a cap 14, which is screwed onto the threads of the housing 15. The threads of the opposite end of the housing 15 are screwed into the threaded cup of the knee 1. The flow meter works as follows. The position of charge and slip is shown in FIG. 2.6. 3 Plunger 7 is extended inside the knee 1, so. that the sealing ring 12 rests against the end of the housing 15, the blind grooves of the plunger 17 open in the cavity of the knee I and communicate this cavity with the internal cavity of the fitting 2 and the cap 14. The plunger 7 remains in this position while the liquid coming through the side line of the col 14 of the liquid the volume of the choke 2 and the attached housing of the secondary pressure transducer 4, washes the choke. 2 and plunger 7 and removed air bubbles. Flushing and charging is completed by closing the valves 6 at the entrance to the side fittings of caps 14. After charging, the liquid discharge is removed by force of the spring 8 through the blind grooves 17 of the plunger 7. When the spring 8 t does not tucker 7 so that the grooves 17 will overlap into the body of the knee removing excess liquidity terminates. Only the buffer volume remains inside. Partial loss of the volume of buffer fluid can continue only through the gap between the plunger 7 and the housing, with inadequate lapping and in the absence of an overpressure in the knee. With practically careful removal of air bubbles from the buffer, further displacement of the plunger 7 into the fitting 2 does not occur. The shut-off volume of the buffer fluid in the nozzle balances the residual tension of the spring 8. The system is prepared for the operation and transfer of pressure pulses from the knee to the plunger 7 and through the buffer fluid to the secondary pressure transducer 4. Through slots 16 in the housing 15 and internal drilling in the rod a plunger 7 with a side exit 18 is necessary for a smooth flow of fluid to the knee during washing and charging. The working position of fitting 2 (Fig. 2, a) is maintained until the plunger 7 is not retracted so that it is compatible with the sealing ring Y. Further loss of the volume of buffer fluid will affect the flow rate, the change in resistance of the plunger from moving in the sealing ring 10 ( the equilibrium of the working position of the plunger is disturbed) and the next charge and flushing will be required. 3 To access the inside of the nozzle and check the condition of the spring 8 and the mobility of the plunger 7, the latter is pushed into the housing as a result of pressure in the knee until it stops in the projections of the housing between the through slots 16 (Fig. 2h). In this case, the spring 8 is released completely. In this position, the plunger is sealed by the ring 10 and allows, without stopping the flow of process fluid in the knee, to monitor the condition of the fitting parts and the mobility of the plunger 7. In this case, secondary pressure transducers, spring fastening parts and more can be removed. ., as well as adjusting the tension of the spring when the plunger extends to one or the other side. The flow meter significantly reduces the design of the system for supplying and adjusting the flow of protective medium through the impulse holes, and completely eliminates the continuous supply of liquid cement or liquid. Hermetically sealed volume of buffer liquid provides greater reliability and durability of work, as well as increases the accuracy of measurements with a simple system setup. Cleaning and cleaning of the valve cavity, as well as replacement of valves and elements of pressure sensors can be performed without disconnecting the fittings from the knee and not interrupting the flow of the process fluid. Formula of the Invention A flowmeter comprising a primary converter of a flow rate to a differential pressure, connecting connecting lines to it, including cleaning plungers and a secondary converter of differential pressure to a pilot signal, c and t L and -CH and n and so that to improve the accuracy of flow measurement and reliability of operation, the plunger is stepped in it and there are blind grooves, and between them and the body of the nozzle are placed the additionally inserted spring and sealing rings.
