PURPOSE:To cause a strong pressurizing-side damping force without failing to reduce the weight of a piston rod, by making the inside and outside diameters of the piston rod large and by inserting a damping force adjusting rod in holding holders tightly fitted in the piston rod, so that the holders retain the adjusting rod.
