Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain stable and durable cushion effect by mounting the cylindrical cushion sleeve, with the elastic material, on the cushion rod core which is tapered by stages at the top of the piston rod.
CONSTITUTION: The cushion sleeve 14 is elastically fitted by the spring washer 16 around the cushion rod core 7 which is tapered by stages at the top of the piston rod 3. When the cushion rod 14 is inserted into the cushion chamber 8, the pressurized oil in the pressure chamber 9 is throttled by stages when flowing through the staged spaces 17. When the pressure in the pressure chamber 9 drastically goes up by viscosity or inertia, the cushion sleeve 14 displaces to increase the space 17 and automatically decrease the throttling effect to prevent the generation of excessive pressure. Therefore, stable and durable cushion effect can be obtained.
