Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a hydraulic channel by a construction wherein a prop supporting an actuator is formed in the shape of a hollow vessel and a return oil from the actuator is discharged into this hollow element, while a back flow channel introducing the return oil from the hollow element into a hydraulic pressure source is provided. CONSTITUTION:A high-speed actuator 10 is provided with a piston reciprocating inside a cylinder tube and is driven by a pressure oil supplied from a hydraulic pressure source 8 provided inside a table 5 through a channel 18 and once accumulated in an accumulator 15. In addition, a channel 19 returning an oil flowing out of the cylinder tube into the hydraulic pressure source 8 is connected to the actuator 10. These channels 18 and 19 connecting the actuator 10 and the hydraulic pressure source 8 are constructed so that they pass through props 6 and 7 supporting a yoke 9. Particularly, the channel 19 is constructed by using the prop 7 itself formed in the shape of a hollow vessel, as a channel. The hollow inside 7a of this prop 7 functions as an oil tank which once stores the return oil. Since the return oil is discharged into this oil tank, the occurrence of a back pressure in a return circuit is prevented.
