Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the replacement of working oil in an oil chamber, to quickly discharge air bubbles generated due to oil-air separation phenomenon, and to decrease the inertial resistance of working oil by independently setting an oil supply passage and an oil discharge passage connected to an oil chamber. CONSTITUTION:As pressurized oil is supplied from a hydraulic pump 26, pressurized oil in a pressurized oil passage 18 is alternatively supplied into the first oil supply passage 19 and the second oil supply passage 20 by a selector valve 17 which performs continuous selecting operations, thus alternatively pressurizing the first oil chamber 14 and the second oil chamber 15. Also, the first oil chamber 14 and the second oil chamber 15 are alternatively effected the discharge into a tank circuit 22 through discharge oil passages 23, 24. And the supply selector valve 17 and a discharge selector valve 21 are interlocked and connected so that when the supply selector valve 17 connects the high pressure circuit 18 and the first oil supply passage 19 the discharge selector valve 21 cuts the tank circuit 22 and the first oil discharge passage 23, thus a cylinder 12 and a piston 13 vibrate in a relative manner.
