Abstract
PURPOSE:To economize the electric power consumption, by supplying power after detecting a broadcast start signal and detecting a noise during the time from poweron to the broadcast start and controlling, the sound volume in accordance with the level of the noise to perform the loud ratio broadcast with a sound volume adapted to the broadcast region.
