Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously obtain water mixed fuel keeping an optimum condition at all times in a smaller-sized apparatus by a method wherein a recycle flow passage of a liquid is formed by a shaft type pipe passage and a stirrer and, at an appropriate place of said recycle flow passage, a fuel, water or the like are supplied to be stirred and mixed therein and, directly thereafter, the obtained mixture is supplied to a burner. CONSTITUTION:In a mixing and stirring apparatus 1, a supply apparatus 6 is operated to supply a fuel from a fuel tank 2 through a fuel inlet 108 and water is supplied to a liquid introducing port 106f of an auxiliary mixer 6 from a water tank 3 and an emulsifier is supplied to a liquid introducing port 106e from an emulsifier tank 4. When a pump 104 is operated, the fuel, water and the emulsifier are recirculated through a defoaming and pressurizing pipe 101-a recycle flow pipe 102-a stirring machine 104-a recycle flow pipe 103- the defoaming and pressurizing pipe 101 to be stirred and mixed therein. The resultant water mixed fuel is flowed out from a mixed fuel outlet 109 provided in the way of the defoaming and pressurizing pipe 101 and combusted in a burner 5. A supply ratio of the fuel, water and the emulsifier is set at constant value and automatically adjusted by a level detecor 107.
