CONSTITUTION:In a liquid mixing and supplying method for stirring and mixing plural different liquids by using a pump to prepare a mixed liquid such as an emulsion or the like, the outlet side and the inlet side of a pump 32 are connected by a return arranged pipe 33 equipped with a flow control valve 34 and a part of a liquid emitted from the pump 32 is returned and recirculated to the inlet side of the pump 32. By this simple structured apparatus, a liquid with a homogeneous mixed condition is obtained.
