Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formulaI(R1 and R2 are pyridyl, pyrimidyl, imidazolyl, 1,2,4-triazolyl, etc.; A is lower alkylene; R3 is lower alkyl; l and m are 0, 1, or 2) and its salt.
EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Pyridyl) thio-1-(1-methyl-2-imidazolyl) thio-ethane.
USE: An antiulcer and an antiphlogistic.
PROCESS: For example, a compound shown by the formula 2 is reacted with a compound shown by the formula 3 (one of X1 and X2 is halogen, and the other is mercapto or group shown by the formula IV), to give a comound shown by the formula Ia. And, if necessary, this compound is oxidized or reduced, and converted into the desired compound shown by the formulaI.
