Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the peaks in the rate of change with time of the quantity of light scattering stably and highly accurately in a short time by the successive comparison of time differentiated values and the successive comparison of plural peak values by holding of maximum values. CONSTITUTION:This relates to a method of detecting the antigen-antibody reaction in reagent mixed solns. by determining the peaks of the time differentiated values of the quantity of light scattering thereof. As a method of deciding peak values, the time differentiated value of voltage at a certain point of time, and the time differentiated value after a micro time DELTAT from said point of time are compared of their magnitudes, and if the former is larger, the former is decided as a peak, and if the latter is larger, the latter is decided as a peak. This time differentiated value is stored as a peak. When the peak appears plural times, the maximum value of each peak is stored successively like the peak appeared in the previous time and the peak of this time, and further the next peak and the maximum value is employed out of these, in order to detect the point where the rate of reaction is fastest.
