Abstract

PURPOSE: To use treated water discharged with a simple device as industrial water by providing an atmospheric flotation device, a rotary catalytic oxide treating device or a catalytic aeration treating device and a catalytic aeration treating tank to a kitchen waste water treating process in series.
CONSTITUTION: Waste water from kitchens flows through a pipeline 1 into a raw water tank 2, is filtered with a filter device 4, is pumped 7 into a storage tank 5 where it is stored. The waste water in the tank 5 is pumped 6 to atmospheric flotation processes 7W19, the waste water delivered wherefrom is fed via a pipeline 6a into the 1st agitating tank 7 where it is agitated together with the chemicals from a chemical tank 16. The treated liquid which is completed of the flotation treatment and flowed into a fore-aeration tank 20 is supplied at a constant rate into a rotary type catalytic oxidation device 23 by a pump 22, whereby it is removed of BOD and COD. Thence, it is supplied into a catalytic aeration treating tank 24 where it is subjected to aeration treatment and is further reduced of BOD and COD.
