Abstract

PURPOSE: To save labor for press work and improve efficiency by enabling automation of supply, preliminary processing, main processing and taking out.
CONSTITUTION: Titled facility is made up of an auxiliary press B, a forming press A, a forming tool unit C and a device D that carries the unit C going back and forth between the press B and press A. Above-mentioned press B is provided with a cylinder 13 for preliminary pressing, a crosshead 14 and a device for disassembling and holding the unit C. Above-mentioned press A consists of a pressure cylinder 1, a lifting ram 2, a crosshead 3 and a press bed 4, and forms the powder preliminarily pressed by the press B. The unit C consists of a forming cylinder 6 having a pulverulent body forming cavity 6a, upper and lower anvils 7, 8 connected allowing free assembling and a gasket 9.
