Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an object microscopic hole diameter exactly and correctly without dropping the high productivity of a press in the same metallic mold, by compress-working a hole obtained by blanking a steel plate, and reducing its hole diameter. CONSTITUTION:The outside circumference of a hole 5 formed by performing blanking to a steel plate is compress-worked. As a result, it is possible to obtain a hole diameter phialpha3 smaller than a hole diameter phiD5 formed by the previous process. As necessary, this compress-working is repeated, and an object hole diameter is obtained. According to this method, a microscopic hole diameter exceeding a press working limit can be worked with high productivity in a state that high productivity of a press has been utilized.
