Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve material yield by supplying an other material in the underside of the blank material for perforated part and working simultaneously by backward extrusion.
CONSTITUTION: A die 2 and a punch 1 opposing to it are provided. Further, a counter punch 5 and a pin 6 that thrusts it up are installed in the die 2. The bottom material 4 is utilized as cup-shape part such as shaft end washers. Thus, forming of high material yield can be obtained without using blanking.
