Abstract
PURPOSE:To work the preform having the blade part of asymmetrical sectional shape at low equipment cost and die cost with high accuracy by pressurizing in order by the flat punch having the plane like flat face parallel to the pressurizing face of a rectangular blank by preforming. CONSTITUTION:A flat punch 6 or an upper die 3 is located at the upper part of a lower die 4, and the flat punch 6 and lower die 4 are set so that the blade working part 5a of a rectangular blank 5 is pressed by giving a specified stroke respectively. The punch 6 is ascended, the dovetail working part 5b of the blank 5 is held by a manipulator and positioned by its transfer so that the working bearing of the working part 5a may become in parallel to the pressurizing face of the punch 6 at the position capable of working a root part. When a press is turned on the punch 6 is descended to perform a 1st pressurizing. The blank 5 is then moved by a feeding pitch (p) and the punch 6 is descended and the adjacent of the precious position is pressurized. The same operation is then executed repeatedly in order and a preforming is completed.
