Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the feeder lines to four by using 3-phase power inverter of 6- phase bridge connection as a power inverter and connecting the phase coils of a synchronous motor in start connection and providing a neutral line to the feeder line. CONSTITUTION:The first and second and N-th 3-phase power inverters 101, 102, 10N are connected to the positive and negative terminals P, N of a DC power source 1, the primary coils of insulating transformers 42 to 4N are connected to the 3- phase AC output terminals R, S, T of the second and N-th 3-phase power inverters, and the neutral point connected in star connection of the motor 5 is connected to the intermediate terminal C of the DC power source 1. The secondary coils of insulating transformer 42, 4N connected to the second and N-th power inverters are connected in series in the respective phases, the one terminals are connected to the coil 6 of the motor 5 and the other terminals are connected to the 3-phase inverter 101. A switch 8 is injected between the output terminals R, S, T and the input terminals 6a-6c of the motor 5. In this manner, the feeder lines can be reduced to four.
