Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the association of a field insulated coil with a core by bonding thin insulating sheets on the upper and lower surfaces of a bare coil, bonding a glass laminate plate to the inner peripheral surface, then winding an insulating tape thereon, thereby forming a ground insulating layer simultaneously with an insulating resistance preventive layer. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor 3 is wound while interposing an interlayer insulator 4 to form a bare coil 5. Thin insulating sheets 10 are bonded to the upper and lower surfaces of the coil 5 with adhesive having mainly liquid thermosetting resin, and the sheets 10 are bent partly to the inner peripheral surface of the coil 5 to be bonded. Further, a glass laminate plate 1 is bonded with a binder of resin on the inner peripheral surface of the coil 5. Then, the adhesive is bonded from above on the entirety, a fibrous laminar insulating tape 8 is wound, and an insulating resistance decrease preventing device 9 is formed. In this manner, the body insulation and the elevational insulating collars can be eliminated from the pole core, thereby facilitating the association of the coil with the core.
