Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily perform the construction of prestressed concrete pile having high strength by a method in which a cylindrical tension casing in which the main iron bars are arranged is inserted into a pile pit, a concrete is placed into the casing, and a tensile force is given to the main iron bars while holding the tension casing.
CONSTITUTION: In the first place, pile pits 2 with given diameter and length are excavated in given places underground 1, and an iron bar cage 5 formed by connecting upper and lower iron car cages 5a and 5b by a coupler 8 is inserted into the pit 2. In this case, the iron bar cage 5a is formed by thrusting the main iron bars 3 into each of plural coupling ribs 13 and 14 provided at then upper and lower parts of the inside of a cylindrical steel tension casing 11 and the fixing them to the rib 14.
