Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise workability by using a steel pipe as a tendon by a method wherein, after a hole being made in a place where an anchor-metal fitting is to be provided, the anchor-metal fitting end is expanded from the tip of a steel-pipe casing used for making the hole and the fitting is hardened together with the tip of the steel pipe by means of foot-consolidating concrete and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe 3 is inserted into an inclined hole 2 made in a ground construction 1 and the inside of the pipe is washed. After that, an anchor-metal fitting 4 is inserted with its wedge ahead and pressed by a steel rod 8. Then the anchor-metal fitting is advanced in the direction of an arrow 9 and the wedge expands outside. Next, an injecting hose 10 being connected with the base end of the steel pipe 3, cement milk 11 being injected, the metal fitting 4, together with the inside and outside of a fixing bit, is buried in the cement milk and hardened, and the steel pipe 3 is fixed to the construction 1 by means of a nut 12. On removal of the construction 1, the nut 12 is removed and the pipe 3 is reversed. Hereby the fixing bit connected with the tip of the steel pipe 3 is removed, thus the pipe being pulled out with ease.
