Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an anchor highly reliable on the poor subsoil which is composed of a cement mixed hardening block and an anchor line inserted into the block while the anchor line has a tip cone.
CONSTITUTION: This anchor uses the huge hardening block 2 made of soil cement to be mixed by an indepth cement material mixing ship for the anchor block 2 to which the chain 13 is connected as the mooring anchor line. The chain 13 is connected to the tip cone delivering the anchoring action derived from the interaction between the chain shacle 16, shape head reinforcing section 15 and the mooring shape 14. An anchor head reinforcing member 11 is arranged on the top of the block 2 to prevent local destruction of the hardening block due to side pressure developed at the bent point of the chain 13. These means 11, 12, and 14W16 are inserted with a mandrel steel pipe 21 prior to hardening of the block.
