Abstract
PURPOSE:To strengthen the tensile and horizontal stresses of an anchor by burying and fixing the upper ends of caged bars and PC steel materials buried in the anchor into the footing of the structure on the ground. CONSTITUTION:An anchor pit 1 is excavated underground, and a caged bar 3 to which reinforcing hands 13 and spacers 14 are attached is penetrated into the pit 1. Then, plural PC steel materials 4 are slidably inserted into a synthetic resin pipe 5, their tips are fixed to a fixing plate 6 by a through-lock metal 7 and then surrounded by a reinforcing bar 8 and fixed by a spiral bar 9. Then, the assembly is inserted into the center of the caged bar 3. Accordingly concrete is poured into the pit 1 to form an anchor 10, and the footing 11 of a superstructure is formed integrally with the upper end of the anchor 10 in such a way that the upper end of the caged bar 3 is buried and also the PC steel materials are pierced through the footing 11. After the concrete has set, the upper end of the PC steel materials is tensioned and fixed to the fixing plate 12.
