CONSTITUTION:A means through which an arithmetic control device fetches programs from the first memory and executes the programs and, at the same time, the device reads information which stops the programs at every function and which is composed of a plural number of instructions from the second memory, is installed. The means also stops and confirms execution of the programs at break points of instructions. When a program is executed from step 1, a controlling device 1' fetches an executable instruction from a memory 2'. At this time, a program confirming memory 4' does not send a program stop signal 12'. However, when the program advances to steps 2 and 3 and reaches a break point, the confirming memory 4' sends the stop signal 12', and then, the controlling device 1' stops execution of the program and confirms the program.
