Abstract

The film 2 not covered with the film 3 is removed by alkali etching to expose the ground of the Al material 1. This Al material 1 is dipped in a solvent to remove the film 3, and the film 2 is buffed. Electrodeposition coating is then carried out using the Al material 1 having the etched part 4 as an anode to form a coated layer 5 on the part 4.
