Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the cement burning calory by eliminating only air from a mixed flow of air and pulverized coal directly before an attached combustion supporting furnace to form a high concentration pulverized coal stream and suppressing the reduction of a high temperature air quantity from a cooler for cooling blown clinker.
CONSTITUTION: In a cement burning device provided with a suspension perheater, high temperature air recovered from a cooler 3 cooling high temperature clinker discharged from a kiln 1, reaches an auxiliary combustion furnace 5 via a duct 6 to perform combustion.
