Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the cement burning calory by eliminating only air from a mixed flow of air and pulverized coal directly before an attached combustion supporting furnace to form a high concentration pulverized coal stream and suppressing the reduction of a high temperature air quantity from a cooler for cooling blown clinker.
CONSTITUTION: In a cement burning device provided with a suspension perheater, high temperature air recovered from a cooler 3 cooling high temperature clinker discharged from a kiln 1, reaches an auxiliary combustion furnace 5 via a duct 6 to perform combustion. In the intermediate parts of a pressure feed pipe 14 and a high concentration pressure feed pipe 15 from a coal drying and cracking device 11 to the combustion supporting furnace 5, a cyclone 16 and a back filter 17 are provided, and the gaseous mixture flowing from the pressure feed pipe 14 to the cyclone 16 is divided into air and pulverized coal and the majority part of air is filtered by a filter 17 and discharged into the atmosphere. On the other hand, a part of air reaches a burner 7 of the auxiliary combustion furnace 5 from the lower part of the cyclone 16 together with separated pulverized coal as a high concentration gaseous mixture. Since the cyclone, and the filter 17 are installed in the proximity of the auxilisry combustion furnace 5, the pressure feed pipe 5 is short and the pipeline resistance is small. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the pressure of the blower 12.
