Abstract
PURPOSE: To readily perform the practice of combustion of rice chaff with a cheap and low cost of equipments by causing dust smoked coals of carbonized rice chaff to forcibly flow by a turning air stream of a porous wall, through a rice chaff smoked coal discharge port.
CONSTITUTION: In the process of upwardly sending rice chaff fuel to a smoking chamber 5 through a rice chaff introducing port 10, the rice chaff begin to burn from the lower part, and smoked coals are discharged to the upper part of the smoking chamber 5. Then, coal ashes are turned and blasted by turning air which is sent from a blast wheel 2 and injected and turned around the outer periphery of an inner peripheral porous wall 1, and are introduced into a cyclone 23 outside the combustion device from a rice chaff smoked coal discharge port 21, to be discharged to the outside. further, an unburnt gas generated in a smoking chamber 5 is absorbed to a gas primary combustion chamber 2 through an inner peripheral porous wall 1 and burnt, and further transferred to a gas secondary combustion chamber 14 connected to the upper part of a flame hot wind port 3. Thus, the unburnt gas is burnt again, and colorless and dust-free hot air is absorbed from a hot air discharge port 16 via a hot air furnace 17 by an air discharge wheel 18 and flows out.
