Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of black smoke by a constitution wherein the boiler is constituted of an inner shell in which charged refuse is set fire and smoked, an outer shell in which combustible gas produced by smoking is received to be completely burnt by mixing with the air, and a chimney for discharging combustion waste gas.
CONSTITUTION: The layer of the refuse, which is packed on the upper surface of a stoker 12 in the inner shell 10 through a refuse lid 13 being opened, is set fire through a lower fire hole 27'. Only the surface of the refuse, which contacts with the inner circumferential surface of a lower net tube 11, the upper surface of the stoker 12 and the outer circumferential surface of aeration pipes 15, contacts with the air and is smoked in dry distilled state. The hot combustible smoke gas produced by smoking flows out of the inner shell 10 into an annular gap 40 formed between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20. The outer air from the outside of the boiler flows into the gap 40 from a combustion air inlet port 21 bored at the wall surface of the outer shell 20 through an L shape air inlet pipe 22 and mixes with the combustible smoke flowed out of the inner shell 10 to completely burn.
