Abstract
PURPOSE:To make an arrangement so that the toner is not removed after it is stuck to papers, by making the toner to have an insulating property and by charging the toner with electricity when pictures are recorded by attracting the toner to papers by the voltage of a rear electrode. CONSTITUTION:A toner 7 is charged with negative electricity by a blade 8 on which a negative voltage is impressed, and carried to a location where the toner contacts with a paper 5 attracted to a sleeve 3 by the magnetic force. When a positive voltage is impressed on a rear electrode in accordance with recording signals, the toner is stuck to the paper, and it continues sticking to the paper by the electrostatic force caused by the charged electric charge of the toner itself even after the electrode section passed through. Therefore, pictures will not be disturbed.
