Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance stripping performance, by utilizing electrostatic attraction acting between charge and polarization on copy paper and a conductor.
CONSTITUTION: Insulating synthetic resin 18 is filled in copper mesh 17 and this surface is covered with insulating synthetic resin film 19 to form belt 14. Belt 14 is arranged in the backward of corona charger 8, and metallic pulley 16 is connected to bias voltage source 23 or a grounded line via slip ring 21, brush 22, and switch 24.
