Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to apply a high charging potential, by providing a transfer material support body with an insulating layer, and a mesh-shaped layer on its back surface. CONSTITUTION:A transfer paper support body 19' has an external diameter a half as long as the diameter of a photosensitive drum, and the opening part of the support body 19' is greater than the external shape of used transfer paper.
