The transfer belt 5 is constituted of an adhesive transfer layer 5a, a base body 5b and a projection 5c. Also, on both end parts of the outside circumferential surface of a roller R, a groove to which the projection 5c of the transfer belt 5 is fitted is circumferentially provided. The groove G is provided on at least one roller in the transfer part pressure roller 6, etc. Accordingly to such a constitution, now the transfer belt 5 is turned, and even when a lateral deflection is apt to occur, the lateral deflection is stopped since the projection 5c of the inside circumferential surface of the transfer belt 5 is fitted into the groove part G, etc. of the outside circumferential surface of the roller R.
