Abstract

PURPOSE:To make easy the control performance through the use of a simple circuit constitution, and to output a color signal with high quality, by separating a color signal outputted from a single plate color image sensor with a gate circuit and 1H delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output signal from a color solidstate image sensing element 6 providing color separation function is separated into G, R, and B signal with gate circuits 15, 16, 17 in three parallel location at the color separation circuit. Each color optical signal separated is branched respectively, one is given to output terminals 12, 13 and 14 at a managing section directly, and another signal is given to output terminals 12, 13 and 14 via 1H delay lines 18, 19 and 20. A specific optical signal is selected from a common input teminal 23, it is delayed by 1H at a delay line 22 and a signal charge is alternately transferred to a signal charge detection section 24 through delay, and the detected signal is inputted to the gate of an MOSFET26 constituting a buffer circuit and outputted to an output terminal 28 to simplify the constitution of a color separation circuit.
