Abstract

And, they are attached slantely to the side wall of a cubicle through a fittine flame 28 in such a way that the opening 9 of the open air-inducting path 6 and the open air discharging opening 10 of the primary flow path 5 are directed to the outside of the chamber and also the opening 11 of the inner gas-inducting path 8 and the inner gas discharging opening 12 of the secondary flow path 7 are directed to the inside of the chamber.
