Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of heat exchange by extending a part of a group of plate fins inside the body of the captioned heat exchanger for cooling an oil electric apparatus to the internal surface of the body and thereby eliminating mutual apertures between the outer peripheries of the fins of a cooling pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A part 20 of the group 18 of single plate fins is projected to the internal surface of the body 6 and thereby the aperture 21 between the internal surface of the body 6 and the group 18 of fins is blocked up partially, while remaining apertures 21a are formed alternately. By this constitution, partition plates heretofore in use become unnecessary, apertures between the internal surface of the body and the partition plates are eliminated, the state of flow of oil is improved, and thus the efficiency of heat exchange can be enhanced.
